Swindon Town can confirm a few changes to our staff that work behind the scenes at The County Ground.

Firstly, Jamie Russell takes up a new role as Head of Football, which will see his oversee the Football operations of the club from the academy to the first-team. A role that will help instil the clubs values into it’s day to day work ensuring that the entire club is aligned.

Jamie White has been confirmed as the new club Secretary and Player Care Manager, after joining the club from National League side Eastleigh Football Club where he spent two years as their Club Secretary and Player Liaison Officer.

Henry Port joins the club as Head of Media following the departure of Dave Wrixton. Henry, formerly of Portsmouth Football Club will head up the Media Department and Internal Communications.

Within the first-team setup we can confirm the arrival of Kyler Burns from Dundee United as he joins the side as the Lead Sports Scientist. Kyler and Manager, Michael Flynn worked together at Newport County.

Then finally, Anthony Hall joins the team as Head of Operations and Stadium Development, while Lee Dover is our new Stadium Manager and Annabela Da Costa joins as the new Financial Controller.

We can also confirm the departure of Head Groundsman, Marcus Cassidy, and we would like to place on record our gratitude for his years of outstanding commitment to the Football Club.

We would also like to welcome Matt Povey, joining us from Bristol City and will take up the role as our new Head Groundsman.
