Kyle McCord’s development, injury updates, and who is to blame for Ohio State’s special teams blunders: Buckeye Talk Podcast
COLUMBIA, OHIO – Ryan Day spoke with the media ahead of Ohio State’s primetime game against Michigan State on Saturday, and the topic of discussion was threefold:
Day provided insight — sort of — into the numerous injuries OSU is dealing with, the majority of which are in the secondary; Kyle McCord’s development and the need for this passing offence to take the next step; and why can’t the Buckeyes special teams unit stop making mistakes that could cost them a game or even their season.
That was the subject of nearly every question directed at Day on Tuesday. So that’s pretty much it for this Wednesday’s episode of Buckeye Talk with Stephen Means, Nathan Baird, and Andrew Gillis.
Ryan Day responds to reports that Ohio State shared Michigan signals with Purdue in 2022
The documents allegedly showed that Purdue got Michigan offensive signals from Ohio State and defensive signals from Rutgers. Day said the program “asked all the questions, got our compliance people involved and none of that came back at all.” “I can answer very strongly that that did not happen,” Day said.
