CINCINNATI — As Monday afternoon turns to evening, cleanup crews and stadium staff still buzz through Paycor Stadium. They work to restore order to a building that shook at the epicenter of the football world less than 24 hours prior.

While fans scroll through replays, social media content and the latest round of pundit declarations that Joe Burrow is back, Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan hides out in his office already mentally transitioned to Sunday.

“I’m pretty deep into Houston at this point,” he said.

Meanwhile, coach Zac Taylor weaves through meetings and media requirements. Children scurry through the tunnels, trailed by their mothers, for the weekly family night for the coaching staff.

As beautiful as it would be for Callahan to rewatch the Bengals pounce on an opponent early for the fourth consecutive week, the November grind allows little time for him to bask in the glow.
