COLUMBUS, Ohio — Coach Ryan Day did not have an update as to the status of defensive tackle Mike Hall, which means that his availability for Saturday’s game is certainly up in the air.

If that’s the case, the Buckeye defensive line would be in store for some changes.

Tyleik Williams and Ty Hamilton would step in as the two starters, but reserve lineman Hero Kanu, who has flashed in recent weeks, would be next in line. That’s a proposition that defensive coordinator Jim Knowles is OK with, offering, “He’s the guy I’d look at.”
