Cleveland Browns NFL playoff-clinching scenarios: Week 16

BEREA — The Browns can’t clinch a berth in the AFC playoff just with a win on Sunday at the Houston Texans. However, there are scenarios where they can go to bed on Christmas night knowing they’re heading to the postseason.

Every one of those scenarios, obviously, starts with the Browns winning in Houston. The Texans (8-6) are currently No. 8 in the AFC playoff race, while the Browns are No. 5.
