Draymond Green has two teams interested in landing him if the Warriors trade him
Draymond Green could be traded to the Dallas Mavericks or the Los Angeles Lakers if the Golden State Warriors decide to get rid of him one year after he signed a $100 million deal.
The Warriors star has been marred by a string of disciplinary issues that continue to worsen to the point where even players like Stephen Curry are being asked questions about where he goes, so it could be the case that he is finally traded away from the Bay Area.
Green has faced several controversies during his career, often due to his on-court demeanor. His aggressive playing style has led to numerous technical fouls and ejections. In 2016, he was suspended during the NBA Finals for accumulating flagrant foul points.
He’s also been involved in altercations with players, occasionally receiving fines for his actions.
Now he is even searching out counselling and will miss three weeks of basketball for his current club as he attempts to finally get on top of his demons to save his NBA career at the age of 33.
If he links up with Luka Doncic and the Mavericks, they would become serious contenders in the Western Conference and in their quest for an NBA Championship. They currently hold the third best-record in the conference at 16-9 (.640) and also brought in Kyrie Irving, showing they can roll the dice on controversial talents.
