At about 9.15 p.m. on Thursday, policewere summoned to the Upper Wanborough event in response to complaints of an assault resulting in significant injuries for a man in his 30s. Police verified that a man was arrested and that he was brought to the hospital. The charge against Ben Starr, 34, of Woodside Avenue, Ripley, is grievous bodily harm with intent. He is scheduled to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court today after being placed on remand in custody.
