Leeds United are considering a move for Genk sporting director Dimitri de Condé, according to Belgium news outlet, Nieuwsblad.

De Condé is believed to be on Leeds’ list of names to replace Victor Orta at Elland Road. Tottenham and Southampton are also believed to be monitoring the situation (Nieuwsblad, 26 May).

The 48-year-old has been with Genk since 2015 and has made an impression by bringing in younger players and selling them on. During his time with the Jupiler League side, he’s made almost £260million in players sales.

His work with Genk had seen AS Roma and Athletic Bilbao previously take an interest.

If they do succumb to relegation on Sunday, there will be a number of players who depart during the off-season.
