We are pleased to retain Culina Kitchens as our Official Kitchen Designer & Suppliers Partner – a family-run Merton-based kitchen retail business.

Headed up by John Paterson (owner and business director), Adam (operations and marketing manager) and Ryan (senior kitchen designer’s manager) they specialise in producing bespoke English and German kitchens with an ample option of surfaces’ solutions, as well as top of the range kitchen appliances, with brands such as Neff, Siemens, Miele and Quooker.

Speaking about why they decided to retain their partnership up with the Club, Adam said:

“Last season we were welcomed with open arms by fans and Club officials and we felt the immediate family feeling around the Club. Throughout the season, we enjoyed the highs and suffered the lows whilst making both friends and business relations that will last a lifetime. This year we have renewed our partnership with the aim of giving back to the fans that welcomed us so kindly.”

AFC Wimbledon’s Commercial & Hospitality Manager, Pietro Palladino, said:

“Culina Kitchens joined us midway through last season and I’m delighted they have renewed for the forthcoming season. I’ve seen the passion and support grow from both Adam and John this season and how much they’ve bought into the Club, so thank you. It’s fantastic to see a local business support the Club and we look forward to developing this partnership further in the future.”

Coming from a background in the construction industry that stretches back 27 years, John and his team having been supplying and installing kitchens to clients across Central London and Surrey resulting in an astonishing number of positive reviews and customer satisfaction. This in turn led to the opening of their showroom, Culina Kitchens at 51 Martin Way – Merton, back in 2017. Since then they have won the annual ‘Best of Houzz’ award for kitchen design and installs every year, including 2023, since 2018.

Speaking about the development and success of Culina, John said:

“We used to install and supply many kitchens through my business, so I decided to open my own showroom. We do bespoke German, English and hand-made kitchens as well as living room and bedroom furniture. That’s the main difference between ourselves and the bigger retailers. We can custom make anything to suit any size of kitchen. Our wider plan is to embrace the future and expand even further with all the opportunities that new technologies and the digital world can offer to customers.”

Culina puts its clients at the heart of everything they do and now they are keen to show Wimbledon fans what they have to offer on a larger scale.

“This partnership with the club is a big investment for our business, both in terms of money and resources but we believe it is the right way to go. We are very happy to have the opportunity to join forces with other businesses in the Merton area to bring good rewards to us all. It is for this reason that we have chosen to extend our offer of 20% Off selected Mackintosh kitchens to all AFC Wimbledon fans to run until July 21st 2023.”

“But we also want to have fun, enjoy and share our passion for football with the fans. We’re keen to run competitions for forthcoming matches which can involve supporters, whether that’s using hospitality tickets or promotions. More to follow on our social media channels.”

“As the saying goes: football is life! The unique moments of our daily lives that happen in our kitchens are the moments that we would like to make memorable for our customers and AFC Wimbledon fans.”
