Following a notable performance off the bench during Saturday’s game, many supporters felt it was imperative for Hatate to secure a starting position against Feyenoord in Rotterdam.

Hatate does indeed start, with Palma making his first start on the wing.

Philips’ knock that he picked up at the weekend has kept him out of the squad for tonight’s match.

It’s worth noting that Celtic’s last Champions League victory came during Rodgers’ previous tenure with the club, in an away match against Anderlecht. Fans will be hoping for a change in their recent European fortunes tonight.

Celtic will be debuting the third kit tonight.
