Five Browns Voted To 2024 Pro Bowl Games

Browns have five players earn Pro Bowl Honors

The Browns will have strong representation a the 2024 Pro Bowl Games with five total players — and the number could rise

The Browns will be sending five players to the 2024 Pro Bowl Games in Las Vegas.

G Joel Bitonio, WR Amari Cooper, DE Myles Garrett, TE David Njoku and CB Denzel Ward were all voted to represent the Browns, while P Corey Bojorquez, K Dustin Hopkins, S Grant Delpit, LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, C Ethan Pocic and G Wyatt Teller were selected as alternates.

For Bitonio, the nomination is his sixth straight, which puts him in impressive company in Browns history — only three Browns players have more Pro Bowls than Bitonio’s six, and all of them are Pro Football Hall of Famers: Joe Thomas (10), Jim Brown (9) and Lou Groza (9). Bitonio is also the first Browns guard to be named to six consecutive Pro Bowls since Pro Football Hall of Famer Gene Hickerson made six straight (1966-71).

Cooper, a ninth-year veteran, was selected to his fifth Pro Bowl and first since joining the Browns in 2022. Garrett, a seventh-year veteran, was voted to his fourth-straight Pro Bowl and fifth of his career.

Njoku was voted to his first Pro Bowl of his seven-year career, a fitting way to cap off what’s been a career-best season for the 2017 first-round pick — he’s caught a career-best 882 receiving yards and six touchdowns and has been a key weapon in the resurgence of QB Joe Flacco, who’s eclipsed 100 passing yards to Njoku in two of the last three games.

Ward was tabbed for the third Pro Bowl nod of his career after he registered double-digit pass breakups for the sixth-straight season in his six-year career.

Keep in mind that Pro Bowl players will no longer play in a game format and instead will play in skills competitions. The league switched to a skills-competitions-only format last year for the first time and has named them the Pro Bowl Games.
