Who is inactive for the Browns in Week 18?

CINCINNATI — Browns quarterback Joe Flacco will sit out Sunday’s game against the Bengals, a game with no meaning for any team. The Browns are locked into the No. 5 overall seed and the Bengals are out of the playoffs.

Jeff Driskel will start in place of Flacco while the Bengals will play another game with Jake Browning starting in place of Joe Burrow once again, who is out for the season.
