Michigan football’s biggest risers in 2024 recruiting class

College programs across the country will finalize their 2024 recruiting classes this week when the traditional signing period begins Wednesday.

There won’t be much movement in the team recruiting rankings as most top prospects made their college decisions during the early signing window in December, but evaluations of prospects have changed.
