Arlott has been one of Central Sparks’ top players since the team’s founding in 2020 and is among the most prolific wicket-takers in women’s cricket.
The 26-year-old, who participated in an England squad in June 2021 after being called up by Later that year, when on tour in Australia, he took 17 wickets for the Sparks in the summer and, with four games left, has already equaled that total this season.
She has also been a key player for Birmingham Phoenix, where she has scored 54 runs in 40 balls and claimed 11 wickets in The Hundred this season.
