Texas Longhorns sending 11 players to NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis

The NFL released the list of players invited to the 2024 scouting combine on Tuesday.

Unsurprisingly, the Texas Longhorns lead area schools with 11 prospects headed to Indianapolis following the team’s run to the CFP national championship game.

TCU, a participant in the same game the season before, will send six players. SMU and North Texas are the only local universities that will not be represented.

Here’s a look at the familiar faces entering the next phase of the draft process, sorted by school. The NFL combine will take place from Feb. 26 through March 4.
